All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without notice. Payment options may include Cash on Delivery (COD), debit/credit cards, or other available payment methods.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or incomplete information. Customers may request order cancellation before shipment confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on location, courier service, weather conditions, or public holidays.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to our Return Policy. Products must be unused, in good condition, and free from scratches or damage. Customers must provide videos/photos and a valid reason before approval of any return request.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with proof such as photos or videos. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package for claim verification purposes.
