To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

- Free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear

- A clear reason for the return
- A video of the product
- Proof of damage if the item arrived damaged or defective
For damaged item claims, customers must provide proper evidence showing the issue clearly. We strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video when opening your package, as this helps verify any damage or missing item claims quickly and fairly.
Please note:
- Products with scratches, physical damage, or improper handling will not be accepted for return
- Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted
- Refunds or replacements are processed only after inspection and approval by our team
